Directs staff to engage a contractor to undertake immediate roof repairs of the Neustadt Library. 2. Approves roof repairs to an upset limit of $16,000 (excluding HST) to be funded from the Municipality’s General Capital Reserve. 3. Requests that the Mayor consider the inclusion of ice damage remediation repairs to the building’s soffit, fascia, and the library interior to the 2026 capital budget."

“WHEREAS the Saugeen Hospice attended the September 2, 2025, regular Council meeting and provided a delegation on their mission in partnership with Grey and Bruce Communities and the Ministry of Health to plan, design, build and operate a 6-bed hospice residence that brings compassionate end-of-life care closer to home; and WHEREAS the Municipality of West Grey recognizes the importance creating a legacy of care and comfort and hope for generations to come; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council support the Saugeen Hospice by way of a donation of $2,000.00 from the Grants to Organizations budget.”
