(Cobide)’, Council: 1. hereby determines that, pursuant to section 34(17) of the Planning Act RSO 1990 as amended, no further public notice is required in respect to the proposed zoning bylaw amendment; and 2. directs staff to bring forward a bylaw to amend bylaw 37-2006 as it relates to ZA26.2024."
